How does M&P COD Portal work?

Getting payment in advance from purchasers is hard, and they have trust issues. M&P allows the retailers to open an account with them. And send the parcels using their COD portal. When the receiver gets his ordered item, they pay the amount to the delivery boy. And it is added to the account, from where the MnP client (sender) can easily withdraw.

Opening Account on COD Portal

In order to send COD parcels, the client must be registered on the company’s database. Otherwise, they aren’t able to utilize this facility. So, if you’re interested in opening a COD account, follow the process below:

  1. Visit any nearest M&P office.
  2. Tell the customer representative to open a COD Account.

Documents need

  1. Bank Cheque (1 leave)
  2. Original & Copy of National Identity Card
  3. Or other documents, if required by the company
  4. E-stamp paper (cost 100rs)
  5. 1 stamp of your business

Once the account is opened, you can operate it using your Mobile or Laptop. And book the shipments while staying at home.

Manual Pre Booking

By using this platform, shipments can be booked by providing the following data.

  • Consignee Name, Mobile Number, Email, Address, Consigner Name, Origin & Destination City, Weight, COD Amount, Service Type, and Production Description (optional).
  • Once the form is filled, the company sends the home collection van to get the package & deliver it to its final destination.

MANUAL PRE-BOOKING 

If you only need to send a few packages, then the manual process is a great option. First, you’ll write down the contact information for the person receiving your package – like their email address and phone number. This way, when you log in to our M&P Courier Login portal, later on, this information will be saved. That means you don’t have to keep typing in the same details every time! It’s super easy and helpful!

After putting down their consignee’s contact details, you will insert the consignee name and

address and select the destination from the dropdown list on the portal. After selecting the

destination, you will put down the details regarding the consignment, it’s weight, pieces, amount

and other details like what exactly is the item. You can then put down any remarks for the rider

like ‘’call before delivery’’ if you want the M&P rider to call before delivering the package.

After entering the contact details of the person who will be receiving your package, you’ll need to type in their name and address. Then you’ll select the place where you want it to be delivered from a list. After that, you’ll tell us all about the package – how much it weighs, how many pieces there are, what’s inside, and so on. Finally, if you want our rider to call before delivering your package, let us know by writing a special message! All done! Now we can get your package safely to its destination.

Once you have all the details sorted, it’s time to hit “SAVE BOOKING!” When you do this, the portal will generate a unique code that is just for your booking.

Then you’ll move on to the label screen where you can choose from several different options.

You are called the “User” and the person who will receive your order is called the “Consignee”. Does that make sense? Great! Let’s keep going!

ADDRESS LABEL

When sending out a package, you’ll first use the mnp login portal (or mnp cod login or m&p portal login) to create an address label. This label shows all the important details about your shipment like where it’s going and who is sending it.

Once you’ve created the label, print out three copies: one for yourself, one for the person getting the package, and one for accounting.

Then stick the copy meant for them on your package so they know it’s coming! Finally, give the accounting copy to the rider when they come over to pick up your package. It’s that easy!

Note: To get an address label with a barcode, you’ll need to take a few steps. First, you’ll have to install a barcode font on your system. This is like getting special stickers that the computer can read and print out.

You also need to restart your system after the font is installed so that the COD portal can access it and generate an address label with a barcode on it. Once all of this is done, your address label should look something like this!
